As the director and producer of such events, CHAMP Racing, LLC directors and administrators reserve the right to enact the following policies:
CHAMP Racing, LLC directors and administrators reserve the right to remove any individual or team from an event, or disqualify any individual or team from an event, for the purposes of, but not limited to:
-Unsportsmanlike conduct -Failure to complete event courses and/or "cutting" short the event courses -Posing a hazard to other participants and/or spectators -Individual participant health safety danger
REFUND POLICY. All event fees are final and non-refundable.
CHAMP Racing, LLC reserves the right to cancel/alter portions of event courses based on safety concerns.
All USAT rules and procedures apply where applicable.
CHAMP Racing, LLC reserves the right to impose event penalties and/or disqualification to any participant in violation of the CHAMP Racing Event Rules, which include, but are not limited to:
-All athletes/participants are to compete with sportsmanship, and awareness and respect of fellow participants and spectators. Any athlete deemed unsportsmanlike is subject to penalties/disqualification. -NO DRAFTING on event bike courses. Minimum distance between bikers is THREE (3) bike lengths. All bikers are to keep to the right of road unless passing. Violation may result in 2:00 time penalties/incident and/or DQ. -All runners and bikers/cyclists are to obey vehicle and traffic laws. -APPROVED BIKE HELMETS MANDATORY! All participants must begin and complete the bike portion of the event properly wearing an approved bike helmet. Violation will result in DQ. -No bike riding within transition area. -Cutting event courses will result is DQ. Please review course maps. PLEASE NOTE...It is the responsibility of the participant to know and review posted event courses. Course marshals and volunteers, and law enforcement officers are in place for partcipant safety.
