experience suited both for the "Newbie" triathletes as well as the veteran, elite multisport gurus. Since our first race in Aurora, OH
in 2001, thousands of fitness freaks have raced through our event courses which range from 5K fitness runs to our most recent
ultra/iron-course triathlon distance, the Inaugural Core to the Shore Pilot Triathlon Tour. CHAMP Racing is owned and operated
by fitness enthusiasts and multisport freaks, and is dedicated to providing the ultimate racing experience, and if you, or your

THE BREAKDOWN OF CHAMP RACING STANDARD EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
CHAMP Racing's Standard "GREEN" Race Management Package includes assistance in concept construction to
posting the final results.
We design our services into 3 phases.
Phase #1: Pre-Race Promotions & Design
- Standard, flat entry form design and construction
- Production of the first 1,000 entry form copies (addtional 1,000 recommended)
- Collection of entry forms through CHAMP P.O. box (optional) and development of event database
- Management of entry list
- Website posting of event with complete event information through CHAMP's Event Information Center
- Periodical posting
- Standard event bib numbers & pins included
- Race course design with options
- Organize the presentation of event details & course designs for local permits
Phase #2: Race-Day
- Set-up and tear-down event course/s with maximum 30 cones, direction arrows, chalk markings, etc.
- Race finish chute with banner flags and display timer
- Provide a PA sound system for music, entertainment, and awards ceremony
- Instruct volunteers of race-day duties
- Race scoring and award placements
- Oversee award ceremony
Phase #3: Post-Race
- Organize event registrations in race database
- Post event results on CHAMP Racing website
- Provide age group results to participants upon request
